What is the best foam for replacement sofa cushions?

For sofa seat cushions, High-Density Polyurethane foam or CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilient) foam is recommended. These grades offer excellent durability, support and shape retention, ensuring your cushions won't go flat over time.

Do you offer Dacron wraps for foam cushions?

Yes, we can apply a Dacron (polyester fibre) wrap along with a stockinette cover to any foam cushion. This adds a softer, plumper look to the cushion and makes it much easier to slide into your fabric covers.

How do I measure my cushion covers for replacement foam?

You should measure the cushion covers themselves from seam to seam, pulling the fabric taut. Measure the width, depth and thickness (border width). We recommend adding about 1cm to the thickness to ensure a plump, snug fit.

Are your foam cushions fire retardant?

Yes, all our upholstery foam cushions meet the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988. We supply Crib 5 rated foams that are safe for both domestic homes and commercial environments like hotels and restaurants.

Can you make custom cushion shapes for window seats or caravans?
