About Aerofoam Ltd
Aerofoam Ltd is an established UK B2B foam converter and bespoke cushion manufacturer operating from its Stanmore facility since 1954.
The company was founded in 1954 by Philip Pollock, who also co-founded Habitat with Sir Terence Conran. Seventy years on, three generations of foam engineers in the same Stanmore factory continue to supply the British furniture, healthcare and contract seating trade.
Aerofoam Ltd is certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) a triple-certified Integrated Management System. The company is a member of the British We are proud members of the British Furniture Association (BFA), the Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA) and Commercial Interiors UK.
In 2013, Aerofoam Ltd underwent a management change that led to significant investment in staff, machinery, and streamlined processes. This allowed us to rebrand and refocus on foam engineering, which marked a turning point in our evolution.
