Founded in 1954 by Philip Pollock a visionary entrepreneur who later co-founded the iconic design brand Habitat alongside Sir Terence Conran Aerofoam has always been at the forefront of British manufacturing. What began as a pioneering effort to bring modern, comfortable upholstery to post-war Britain has evolved into a state-of-the-art foam conversion powerhouse.

Seven decades later, that founding commitment to quality, innovation and precision remains our guiding philosophy. Operating from our advanced facility in Stanmore, Middlesex, we continue to honor our design-led heritage by engineering bespoke, high-performance foam solutions for the furniture, healthcare, acoustic and packaging sectors.
