Founded in 1954 by Philip Pollock a visionary entrepreneur who later co-founded the iconic design brand Habitat alongside Sir Terence Conran Aerofoam has always been at the forefront of British manufacturing. What began as a pioneering effort to bring modern, comfortable upholstery to post-war Britain has evolved into a state-of-the-art foam conversion powerhouse.

Seven decades later, that founding commitment to quality, innovation and precision remains our guiding philosophy. Operating from our advanced facility in Stanmore, Middlesex, Aerofoam Ltd operates as an established UK B2B foam converter and bespoke cushion manufacturer engineering high-performance foam solutions across healthcare, furniture, hospitality, interior fit-out, commercial and soft furniture sectors. Our furniture manufacturing solutions are supported by our active memberships in the British Furniture Association (BFA) and Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA), while our commercial seating and interior fit-out supply is backed by Commercial Interiors UK.
